Dr. Ivette E. Diaz is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, a Fellow of the American College of Physicians
and completed her specialty at Yale University School of Medicine. She is fluent in
Spanish, can communicate with Portuguese-speaking patients, and is a Civil
Surgeon authorized to perform Immigration Physicals. Her own solo practice was
established in September of 2001.
